Here is our story…
We started up as a small store on eBay, selling whatever we could get our hands on. Doing this as a business wasn’t even in the picture.
It all started to change when we discovered the Dermacol Make-Up Cover. It was and still is, a very popular item on the market. But, to our disappointment, we soon learned that 3rd party markets (eBay, Amazon etc.) are flooded with counterfeit products and how hard it is to gain visibility competing with prices of fake items. Still, we didn’t give up. With time people begin to discover that we sell genuine product and our popularity started to grow.
The experience with counterfeits left a bitter taste and, we decided to launch our own website, a place where people won’t have to worry about the authenticity of a product and being lied to.
As a new business, we are still growing. When it comes to inventory selection we are picky here. Before approaching a vendor we do a research of the product we are interested in and if 80% of the customers who have purchased it are satisfied (can’t please everyone, right) we then contact the brand.
That is pretty much all about how royalcosmetica.com was born!
